Ed Nixon has been involved in the finance industry since 1991, with 12 years experience in commercial finance. In early 2003, he changed his focus to specialist mortgage broking, specialising in the structuring of multiple loans for continued borrowing.
He has become a leading expert in that area, helping his clients produce incredible results, including Jim and Marina Dawes from Brisbane, whom Ed helped finance 20 properties over a 3 year period, using a partnership of trusts.
He has personally settled more than of 5,000 loans.
Ed also conducts seminars on the subject of finance for property investors and industry groups.
He is passionate about property and about helping people grow wealth through property and in particular, he is passionate about honesty.
In fact, his country upbringing and values shine through in the way he interacts with his clients. At all times he works to the ethics of complete honesty, integrity and transparency. Ed is so direct and upfront with clients that he has often advised them against buying certain properties that represent poor value or potential, and in the process, has actually foregone their business.

Ed lives in Canberra with his wife and two children. In addition to property, Ed’s passions include: snow boarding, mountain biking, rugby, water skiing, a glass of good red wine here and there and experiencing exceptional service.
