FAQ
Below are the answers to common questions that we receive about what we do and how we assist our clients. If you have a question that isn’t answered here, please ask.
What does Trilogy Funding do?
Trilogy Funding is a mortgage broking firm that specialises in serving the needs of property investors. We help you arrange the right loans to build a stable portfolio.
Our expertise is in structuring multiple loans for rewarding property investment. You can read more about the details by downloading this free Special Report.
How can you help me?
If you’re a property owner or property investor, we can help you arrange suitable loans to meet your goals.
There’s a detailed explanation of the benefits we offer on our services page. We also offer a no-obligation free property finance consultation in which we review your situation and advise you on whether or not we can help.
What’s your background and experience?
Trilogy Funding is headed by Ed Nixon. Ed has been involved in the finance industry since 1991, with 12 years experience in commercial finance. In early 2003, he changed his focus to specialist mortgage broking. Ed’s area of expertise is “structuring multiple loans for continued borrowing”.
Ed heads a team of brokers at Trilogy Funding and is responsible for ensuring that clients receive prompt, efficient service.
I’m not a property investor, I’m a first home buyer. Can you help me?
Yes. While loan structuring isn’t a major issue when you only have one loan, it could be an issue when you have multiple loans. We can help you arrange a loan to suit you and ensure that the loan application process is smooth as possible.
Where are you based?
Our offices are in Canberra City, ACT. However, our clients come from all over Australia (we even have a few international clients). We deal with clients via phone, fax and email.
How are you different from other mortgage brokers?
The principal difference between Trilogy Funding and other mortgage brokers is that we specialise in serving property investors. Arranging one loan and structuring multiple loans require different skills. Of course we can help you arrange your first loan, but we can also offer additional expertise in making sure your entire loan portfolio is properly structured.
Why do you give away free reports and newsletters? What’s the catch?
We give away free information and Reports to clients or other interested people as an informational service. All information is provided on a no-obligation basis – there is no catch.
